With Lauren as the room mom, it was a pretty important thing that they got up on time and got out of the house. Today also happened to be the one day that we all slept in until 5 minutes before they were supposed to leave. Doh.

Does that happen to anyone else? The days you really need to be somewhere on time are usually the hardest ones to pull off smoothly.
