The Return of Morska

December 22nd, 2008

Back in High School, when I had the free time to play an instrument, I played bass in a Ska band with some of my friends. The name of our band was Morska. We played maybe 3 or 4 shows total at local churches and had a blast doing it. While ripping some music to the computer this weekend, I stumbled upon the only recording of 3 of our dozen or so songs. I’m throwing them up here for the world to enjoy. It should be noted that 100% of our music was never written down and existed only in our heads. So sad. Here is Raygun, Bruce Lee, and Going Nowhere. My favorite track, Skacucaracha was never recorded.

I’m not really sure who recorded these and why the whole set wasn’t recorded. The only show I tried to record at BRCC didn’t come out for some reason, so this may have actually been when we played at Grace Point w/ Spazm.
